Dr. Maria Elena Bottazzi is Associate Dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at Baylor. She is also a professor at Baylor College of Medicine and Director of Product Development at Sabin Vaccine Institute & Texas Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Pierre Buekens is the Dean of Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. He is a professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology and Epidemiology. His research interests are perinatal epidemiology and randomized controlled trials.
Dr. Eric Dumonteil is primarily interested in the development of new control tools for Chagas disease and other neglected tropical diseases through interdisciplinary research. This includes research of novel vector control strategies, epidemiological surveys, and pre-clinical studies of new drugs and vaccines.
Dr. Peter Hotez is the Dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine. He is Endowed Chair in Tropical Pediatrics at Texas Children’s Hospital. He is also a professor at Baylor College of Medicine and the President and Director of Sabin Vaccine Institute.
